1. The cylinder body is automatically fed onto the motorized roller track, and a bidirectional clamping protector ensures that the cylinder body is correctly fed into the cleaning machine.  
2. The cylinder body water jacket is rotated for the first time, and the crankshaft holes and oil passage holes are cleaned using a high-impact probe.
3. The fixture is rotated in reverse, and a high-pressure water jet cleans the top, bottom, sides, and all holes of the workpiece.
4. Second rotation, rinsing the water jacket and all surfaces.
5. Reverse rotation, rinsing all surfaces and screw holes.
6. High-pressure air blowing station, including tilting the cylinder body 90°, effectively draining water.
7. The cylinder body is automatically unloaded. If the cylinder body is not conveyed out, a blocking protector will stop the workpiece.
