Spray cleaning

Spray cleaning is a classic cleaning process in most cleaning equipment. The kinetic energy emitted during spraying can improve the effect of chemical cleaning and remove contaminants from the surface of the workpiece.
Spray cleaning is used in most industrial cleaning equipment. Standard or special applications use pressures of 2 to 20 bar. Processes exceeding this range are usually referred to as high-pressure cleaning, which is merely a change in fluid dynamics.
The cleaning structure depends on whether the high-precision nozzles are accurately aimed at the surface to be cleaned, especially in fluid cleaning applications. Cleaning deep holes or blind holes requires targeted media flow methods. The relative movement between parts and nozzles can also improve cleaning results.
If particularly high cleanliness requirements are needed, the spray cleaning process can generally be used as the final step in the entire cleaning process. Even small, difficult-to-remove particles adhering to the workpiece surface can be washed away.
