Main Equipment Composition

The complete machine includes an ultrasonic cleaning system, spray rinsing system, hot air circulation drying system, heating system, and electrical control system. External water, electricity, and gas pipelines are not included.

System Functions

Ultrasonic Cleaning System

Adopts bottom vibration mode with an ultrasonic input power of 3000W×2.
 
The ultrasonic frequency is 28KHZ or can be adjusted according to the customer’s requirements. The transducers use high-Q value pressure-resistant wafers.

 

The ultrasonic generator is designed with an advanced separate excitation control mode, which can automatically perform frequency tracking. The output power is adjustable within the range of 20-100% and features FM modulation to ensure uniform and thorough cleaning without dead angles. It is also equipped with automatic protection functions for overload (overcurrent) and excessive temperature of power components.

Spray Rinsing System

Uses a Nanfang brand vertical centrifugal pump, which delivers water to the cleaning chamber through pipelines. The spray pipes adopt four-sided surrounding multi-angle spraying, and the bottom uses parallel rotating spray pipes driven by water pressure from the nozzles to achieve dead-angle-free cleaning of workpieces.
 
The spray pump adopts a two-stage startup mode to extend its service life and improve stability. Pressure control is manually adjusted via a gate valve, with a pressure range of 0.6-1.0Mpa. The spray pipelines are equipped with electronic pressure sensors for real-time pressure detection and are fully designed for quick disassembly to facilitate daily maintenance. Reflective flow direction indicators are used for pipeline liquid flow.

Hot Air Circulation Drying System

Adopts an internal convection circulation mode within the tank, allowing hot air to circulate after fully blowing over the workpieces to improve thermal energy utilization.

 

Uses a stainless steel finned air heater with a power of 1kw×8 = 8kw, controlled by a Japanese Omron digital temperature controller for automatic constant temperature, with an adjustable temperature range of 20℃~90℃.
 
The circulation fan is a multi-blade turbofan. To prevent external contamination from entering the furnace, the interior of the tank is maintained at a positive pressure. A fresh air inlet is provided, and the fresh air supplementary valve can adjust air volume according to actual conditions.

Heating System

The cleaning tank uses "Baolong" brand rod-type heating rods, which offer rapid heating, uniform heat distribution, and long service life. It is equipped with constant temperature control, using an "Omron" brand temperature controller, with a heating power of 12kw×2 sets.
